I have many years of experience in the banking industry with extensive focus on production support, quality monitoring, and education. I also have experience successfully managing an office that supported 6 franchises. I am self- motivated and always looking at processes and procedures to look for opportunities for improvements. This has resulted in several process improvements and substantial cost savings. I have the proven the ability to work in a high volume area and execute all tasks at hand flawlessly. I am proficient in Microsoft Office 2007-2010 applications, CRM, and Share point, and TSYS. Currently building on those skills by taking courses designed to meet certification requirements. February 2014, I started a Real Estate Investing Company which I am still managing.
