My greatest career satisfaction, and results, come from helping others achieve success beyond what they may have without my help, support, training or leadership. That goes for employers, employees, co-workers, team-mates and customers as well. The greater you and your team can help customers succeed, the greater the results show in loyalty, sales, repeat business, new business, margins and the bottom line. Knowing how to pull apart P&L Statements and Balance Sheets reveal far more than what may not always be obvious to even experienced executives. I enjoy turning around under performing operations, growing established teams, and new starts ups including the founding, building and eventual sale of my own successful business. I live in the Charlotte NC area where I was born and have a second home in Western NC mountains and prefer to stay in this area on a local, regional or divisional basis in the South East. With 3 grown adult children on their own, and single, I have the flexibility to travel as needed and have had the good fortune to visit over 35 states in the USA for business related activities and am personally flexible with my style being able to effectively communicate with a small business owner to the most senior level executive. My extra curricular activities have involved work on Boards with Children organizations, Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership programs and Chairman, and political involvement helping select Senators and Governors.
