Summary of Qualifications Betsy has twelve years of proposal management and proposal writing/editing experience and more than twenty years of writing, publishing, and editing experience among national and international companies She has collaborative management skills with multiple and diverse teams of writers, editors, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create winning proposals and grants in the commercial, nonprofit, and Government sectors. She has demonstrated flexibility and keen organizational skills while managing complex proposals in Government and commercial industries. Betsy has also acquired a "Train-the trainer" certification and she conducts writing/editing and proposal management training workshops and seminars. During 2011 - 2012, she successfully implemented and trained more than 200 proposal management professionals in business acquisition and proposal management processes. Betsy is also very active with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and has served as an officer on both the Lone Star regional chapter board and the International board of directors. She also regularly attends the annual APMP Conference and was a presenter at the 2011 Denver International conference and the 2013 Nor'Easters annual chapter conference. She recently acquired CP.APMP Practitioner Level certification and has a Secret U.S. Government clearance.
