My goal is a career that is interesting, challenging and rewarding, both professionally and personally and that will lead to a position as a Software Trainer, Training Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Lead Customer Service Representative in Information Technology, Medical Information Management to include Electronic Records of any type, Customer Service or similar field. I seek an encouraging, common sense, people caring and inspiring environment where I can pursue that goal. I am flexible and open to moderate travel. I focus on quality, teamwork, and efficiency and take initiative whenever necessary. I know how to utilize and in some cases create business tools to analyze business processes to collect and interpret data, in the effort to develop solutions to business challenges. This resume outlines work experiences exposing me to many processes, concepts and business tools. What this resume cannot show is my overall dedication, willingness and reliability. I know how to prioritize and conduct myself professionally and personally. My appearance is always professional and above reproach. I am a 20-year Vietnam era veteran. Given the necessary tools and environment, I will become a productive contributor to the overall effort to meet and exceed the goals of the team My training skills are dynamic and interactive. I am highly skilled at analyzing the customers’ work process and adapting it to the appropriate software as applicable. I maintain a positive attitude, learn and adapt quickly and remain focused on the task at hand.
