I am 35 currently working for Ford Motor Company where I thought my feet would finally be settled for the rest of my career. After discovering the atmosphere and dealing with racism on a daily basis I have decided that industry is not for me. It is extremely unprofessional and I am extremely professional so it doesn't mix. I am upset that it didn't work out but have many talents and a lot of experience to offer another company. However this time I won't take a job unless I see myself there 20-30 years. I am done moving although I don't mind traveling, I need and have to plant my feet somewhere.
