I have had much success over the past 20 years in the Customer Service Retail Industry. I have had the pleasure of taking underperforming stores and turning them into profitable successful stores. I have developed hundreds of managers into professional leaders that have a distinct understanding of the importance of communication, people development, profitability, leadership and much more. I pride myself in being a great communicator and ensure that I take care of both my internal and external customers. I am adaptable to any working environment from single store to multi city/state and will continue to go up and beyond to ensure my company continues or becomes the leader in service and profitability.
