I have been able to have a great impact on the community in my current position. We do many activities which bring other non-profit organizations as well as other businesses together in order to share friends and customers. We have created a strong bond in our market while helping other groups. I am also key in keeping our employees happ. I do this by assessing situations, fixing the ones which should be fixed, and also creating an environment for comradery. This is accomplished by the outside events and fundraisers we participate. The employees really seem to consider the store to be like a family in the short time we have been open.
