I am a business professional, with extensive experience in problem-solving, process improvement, and program/project management. Most recently, I have focused on market analysis, business development, and both short- and long-range strategic planning, primarily in the US Defense Aerospace industry. My previous experience in that industry includes Business Management, Aftermarket Planning and Development, Product Development, Customer Support, Supervision, and Manufacturing Quality Assurance. I also have experience with diesel engine development programs. I have earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue, and an MBA in management from Indiana University. Throughout my career, I have continued learning in many areas, including program management, creativity, quality assurance systems and methods, and various computer skills. Some of my skills are: research, analysis, synthesis, and strategic planning, trouble-shooting and problem-solving, process analysis and improvement, creativity, change management, and program management. I am familiar with various facets of the Defense acquisition process, quality systems and tools (including Six-Sigma), and putting the customer first.
