I am currently the Director of Sales Strategy and Market Development at Cisco Systems accountable for a $200M software collaborations business (Cisco Jabber, Webex). Prior to this, I incubated the Customer Business Transformation business. I joined Cisco in 2008 from Avaya where I was the co-founder and business leader for the Communications Enabled Business Processes (CEBP), a precursor to the Internet of Things. As part of my experience, I have: • Led the transformation of the software collaboration business turning it from a negative growing business to one achieving high positive growth (46% Average YoY) over the past 4 years. • Led the direct and indirect revenue acceleration strategies through co-innovation and closer business interlock with the channel ecosystem • Worked with variety of partners including o ISV such as SAP, Salesforce.com and other niche vendors to develop solution integrations for the market o SI and Business Process consultants to develop consulting and integration practices and o VARs and channel partners • Nurtured the developer ecosystem (Cisco Developer Network (CDN) and DevConnect at Avaya for these solutions • Established the Business Transformation consulting practice at Cisco developing Maturity Models, Value Analysis, ROI frameworks, Process Flow Analysis and benchmarking frameworks. Personally, I led consulting engagement for large Public Sector accounts, Healthcare and Education in the US and UK and for ITES, Financial Services and Retail in Asia I have over 19 years of industry experience that spans US (14 years), Asia (4 years), Europe (1 year). I have an MBA from the New York University (Stern School of Business) and an Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University. I am currently looking for some challenging opportunities in Sales Strategy, Partner and Business Development functions that will help me further my career aspirations.
