I am a Finance professional, who has worked in real estate industry for over 7 years, in property management and development, first as a Financial Associate, but then transitioned into a Financial Analyst position. I have a Microsoft Excel 2010 Specialist Certification, allowing me to be very advanced in Excel. As a result, I am very versed in cash flow model building and analysis. I am fluent in the use of many Excel logic functions, and applications. I am currently pursuing my Charter Financial Analyst Designation, Level 1 candidate. I am very passionate about my work, and will do my assigned tasks with a degree of excellence.
