PROFILE Over 22 years of experience in various roles supporting the auto industry with vast experience in healthcare management, healthcare operations and dependent eligibility, along with in-depth knowledge of legacy and PeopleSoft Oracle systems. Expertise includes employee development, leadership, complex implementations/project management, business process engineering, and cross departmental relations. In January of 2010 I accepted a position with the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits VEBA Trust to manage the day-to-day Operations for GM, Ford, and Chrysler Retiree health care. In February of 2015 I accepted a full time position with Sherwood Food Distributors where I continued to utilize my health care and managerial background. In August of 2015 I accepted a Contractual position working for Ford Motor Company as a Project Manager to onboard a new RPO vendor.
