Good Day I hope and pray the day finds you in the best of health and spirits. I am applying for a "Career Position", in the hopes of having a face to face interview, so I may share with both you and other team members, what I would bring to our Team. Taking great pride in my "Leadership" , which is rooted in my years serving in the United States Marine Corps. Promoted through the ranks Meritoriously to the rank of Msgt.(E-8) My last assignment before retiring from the United States Marine Corps, I was the "Recruiter Instructor" for the Western United States. The Leadership is based on three core principles 1) Know your people 2) Look out for their welfare 3) Be firm yet fair, these principles have been very rewarding to me and my Teams, I love Training with them, working side by side with them, doing everything it takes, to assure their success. Both my Teams and I accomplish the daily task's that may be assigned and The Mission. Enthusiasm, Dedication and Passion is what I bring with me to the Team, which then becomes contagious, in turn being a "Win Win" for the team.
