Senior Level Human Resources position with either an established firm and/or a start-up company. My expertise is in the area of creating the entire HR structure as I have handled 40 hotel HR due diligence acquisitions during the past 24 years for several hotel ownership and management companies. I have grown hotel ownership/management companies from 4 first-class hotels with 400 employees to 22 first-class hotels nationwide with 4000 employees. I have been plan administer for each companies health and welfare benefit plans and retirement savings plans 401(k) for all 40 acquisition hotels nationwide.
