I'm an HRIS Manager with over 15 years of Human Resource experience with serval years of successful Interface implantation of the Kronos system, while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) department. Responsibilities include company support with all Lawson Human Resources related issues. Responsible for assessing the user community requests and providing business/system recommendations to both the information systems, department and upper management with an approach to strategically and financially benefit the company, also provided recommendations for future system enhancements intended to compliment the current applications and provide increased functionality to the users.
