Latest Air Force Duty: Guided 26-member team that developed Corporate plan to transfer 57 material management programs and Depot workload worth $850M from 2 closing bases to 10 gaining bases. Within a year, produced 57 1,000 plus task schedules in MS Project and 12-page web-based information system used by senior managers to track progress of program moves. Results: Bases closed a year before Congressional deadline; saved $2M; Air Force 100% satisfied.
