My work experience includes, network administration, database design and management, end-user training and support as well as basic web design and programming skills. I've worked for a Human Resource/Payroll software company as a tier two technical support representative, in several manufacturing & higher education environments as a senior network specialist and systems support analyst. Along the way I've acquired extensive technical support and software training skills and have provided exceptional customer service and end-user support. I am a highly motivated, multi-task oriented person who is proficient in an array of software applications and am able to produce high quality work in a timely fashion. My outgoing personality, ability to work well with others and/or independently along with excellent time management, organizational and communication skills makes me a strong candidate in the IT arena.
