I have been in the Irrigation industry for 15 plus years and prior to that I was with GE finiacial and Phillp Moris. While with GE, I was Wetern rookie for both life sales and investment products. I was award presents clup 3 time. While with Philp Morris I held the largest market share at 78%. While in the irriation industry I have sat on our industry board for 8 years and was vice presedent for 2 terms. While on the board I instatuted a member driven schollar ship program that has grown to, award 2 schollar ships annualy. Have had contributed and developed tecknolegy that has contributed to industry advasment. I have grown my territory profablity to a size that has required adding to spliting the territory in two addtional regions and bring on additional sales managers.
