I spend 20+ years as a person who was recruited to clean up support and administration areas that needed attention, Their organizational structures were incorrect, budges were out of control and they were costing the company more and providing below average services. I was the person they would come to to straighten it out. I am a person who understands these operations and am not afraid to get right in with those operations and solve the problems. I am a leader who leads from the front and my people skills have always allowed me to gain the trust and respect of my employees. Unfortunately I had to retire at an early age to take care of my mentally disabled child. She is now 25, and while she still needs supervision I have more time to pick up where I left off in my career. I am a hard working person who enjoys a fast pace environment and a challenge. I come with a whole host of experience and skills that can be transferred to any industry. I am looking for the right challenge and it does not matter what industry, my skills and experience are transferrable.
