I also support all levels of management in special projects/tasks; such as ISO Audits, tool crib consolidation, and Aerocode compliance. In June, I was given the responsibility to improve tool control. Tools due calibration were not getting returned and there were also a lot of tools getting declared lost. I investigated the problem and worked with others to implement new policies that have resulted in approximentely 50% reduction in lost tools.
