Provides Payment Card Industry users with password resets and updates reports on the most recent monthly activity with account hires, terminations, password changes, Store Register activities, audit information for our Security Vendor. Provides customer support to users in the HQ, New York Office, and field. I'm looking for a challenge that involves tools such as the use of Active Directory, Imaging for setting up system equipment and servers, any area that identifies ways of improving security within the environment like a network security analyst would provide. Anywhere that a process can be improved and encouraged to advance the technology.
