SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Administrative and Clerical support - Perform general office practices and procedure operate various office equipment and machinery data entry, typing, court proceedings and paperwork 10-key operation, accounts payable and receivable, billing-invoicing and collection procedures daily cash close-outs, balance and reconciliation, bank deposits, prepare financial reports create, manage and update databases and spreadsheets perform back ground checks bilingual providing translation assistance as needed. * Human Resources - Maintain confidential employee/employer databases and files, process new hire screening, interviews, manage employee time off and leave requests, wages, promotions and change of employment, offer employee resource assistance, employment verifications and reference checking. Accountable for the personnel transaction processing for the applicant/employee lifecycle within the HR database. Ensure data integrity and legal compliance. Perform audits and analysis and report results to management. * Union Member Specialist - Provide union support and information, knowledgeable of union contracts, dues, fees, services, policies and hiring hall practices, processed employer/employee/union representative grievance and mediation paperwork updated, filed and processed union labor contracts. * Community Outreach - Offer assessment and case management assisting families in need of various community resources available. Event coordinator, holiday and various events, document grantor funding and disbursement of event expenses.
