I have 10 years leadership experience as a Director or Plant Manager position. I have extensive machining, composites, powder paint, and fabrication process experience and feel right at home in a shop floor environment. My experience is in aerospace, commercial, and automotive industries. As a Director, my knowledge and experience in operation support management to further obtain and serve customers through reduced product cost, and improve productivity through lean enterprise techniques.
