Pro-actively facilitated brain-storming, elicitation, requirements gathering, JRP, JAD sessions and daily/weekly, update/status meetings. Good knowledge of risk Analysis, GAP AND IMPACT Analysis. Developed and conducted small to medium group training sessions related to solutions. Proven ability to track, investigate and resolve issues reported by business users and application support teams. Experience identifying and providing requirements tasks and estimates to the Project Manager. Proficient in functional testing, negative testing, regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT). Successful in meeting timelines. Experience with Visio and Rational tools.
