 Responsible for the organization and management of testing activities: Perform functional requirements analysis, develop test plan, set test estimates, create/review test cases, execute test suites, evaluate test results, report defects, create testing metrics and track defects to closures. In addition, perform integration test, installation test, performance test and regression test.  Responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the test team, ensure that the team follows testing standards, testing is completed on time and resolve issues arising during testing  Responsible for the automation of testing process for specific projects: Determine the scope of the automated test, coach the members of the automation team, review and validate the automated scripts and ensure that the team follows the test automation process in place.  Responsible for the identification and validation of software simulators/tools for testing which include the specification of functional requirements, validation and approval of the testing tools.  Responsible for creating and providing software quality metrics to developers and project leaders which are used to measure the quality of the application and assess the readiness of the product.
