Offers Senior Administrative Justice and Human Resource Management experience in managing various types of administration and human resource management to support civilian and military training and combat operations. Synchronized, coordinated, and managed human resource actions in multiple echelons of military organizations including Companies, Battalions, Brigades, Divisions, and Major Command Headquarters insuring that all personnel actions were met on time and to standard. Insured administration, training, and leader development requirements were planned, coordinated, synchronized and managed across all staff functions utilizing collaborative methodologies. These actions included, but were not limited to, development of policy, directives, orders, and other supporting documents in support of deployment and operational exercises; planning and completing special projects, managing suspense’s, hiring actions, briefing and meeting preparation; maintaining the budget; developing, gathering, coordinating and analyzing data; presenting reports and information updates; tracking compliance of mandatory training; providing analysis and recommendations on projects/programs within the organization. Managed and processed awards, promotions, evaluations, personnel actions, finance, congressional inquiries, and actions requested by outside agencies. Additionally, conducted studies and prepared special reports for surveys and inspections of operations, facilities, and other Human Resource sections of Brigades, Battalions, and Company Levels. Extensive experience in supervising personnel, building teams, and developing internal procedures necessary for the administration of task accomplishment and mission execution. Extensive after action-review experience used to identify improvements to internal operations, controls, coordination and ability to develop action plans to implement constructive change. Experience in working with USDA and FDA in regards to Cooperative Agreements, Grants, Specialty Crop Block Grants, and Contract budgets and/or expenditures thereby maintaining the budget and staying within the rules of the agreement to include Grant and contract proposals. Knowledgeable in processing of State Commercial Feed License and Tonnage Reporting and the interpretation of the laws that bind those businesses to comply with the States requirement.
