I am a technical engineer with significant experience in the entire software lifecycle ranging from user requirements generation to system deployment. I have exceptional leadership, analytical, documentation and presentation skills. My experience includes contact center solutions architecture, user and business requirements, product development / program management, proposal responses, object-oriented and structural design and development across many different hardware platforms and operating systems and system implementation and technical support. Areas of expertise include telephony, call center services, voice recognition, billing, network communications, VOIP network design, simulation, artificial intelligence, order entry, and command and control systems. My last systems work emphasis was in system architecture, analysis, requirements and customer implementations of in-network telephony and Contact Center products using the Genesys Soft ACD suite. I am interested in a technical position where I can use both my technical and communications skills to impact product development and/or customer implementations.
