my name is Martin Stroud. MY father started Strouds steak house in 1963. Since the opening day strouds has been the pinnacle of steak excellence...I have degrees in molecular genetics, biochemistry, and psychology. MY knowledge of the wine industry, not to mention connections has been growing through the years. We have a unique process of cooking the steaks that keep people coming back for more. Strouds was voted the no one steakhouse in america by the international bureau of hospitality. those are just a few of the many accomplishments we have achieved over the years
