The foundation of any company is people. Employees that are treated good will in turn be good employees that will be willing to go the extra mile, conversely, treat them ill and you will be staffed with a failing enterprise.
I manage staff by tempering pessimism with optimism. Recognizing positive performance while addressing negative performance as well. I do not have double standards or subscribe to the "Good old boy" club. Every one is accountable to the same standards.
Any given company must make a profit to succeed. I ensure all divisions are profitable by monitoring compliance with corporate directives, leveraging payroll, and ensuring all levels are staffed with the proper person is in the proper place. Success breed’s success, incompetence breeds failure.
