Client Service Director
I am currently the Director of Client Service for key clients of a multi-industry marketing firm, where I am the “business owner” of 90% of the company's annual revenue. I manage both technical, (software) as well as service-oriented verticals. I employ a consultative approach to client satisfaction and add-on sales which has retained and grown 100% of my portfolio for the past 7 years. Prior to this, I worked for several years in the IT/Telecom domain in both technical and client facing roles.
