By whatever title I have held; Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing, Process or Project Engineer or Manager, I look at the whole picture.  I believe that the process is not just the machines, totes of parts, forklifts, paper piles, computers, etc., but the process is the people and how those people accomplish what is needed.  Doing anything that helps this “system” work effectively and efficiently is my goal and obligation to my profession.  Most of my career has been as an individual contributor, so working; leading them and enabling them as resources has been where my success lies.
