.I have been in Employee Relations for over 25 years. My first career began as a Full Time Union President with 2000 plus members. I have negotiated over 75 Collective Bargaining Agreements with Fortune 50 Companies. When I retired from that career, I became the Employee Relations Director for a Drug and Alcoholic Rehabilitation Center with locations in 20 states covering over 4000 employees. Primarily, I am looking for a consultant position or would consider a part time role as an adviser for labor related issues.
