I am a motivated and detail oriented person with more than 20 years experience in the Army to include four combat tours during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. I consistently strive to apply my knowledge and expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning, Hospital and Emergency Operations, Training and Staff Development, Risk Management, and Customer Service to name a few. I have three years of progressive experience in Operational Planning/Administration coupled with my extensive medical background. I possess effective verbal, written, analytical, and problem solving skills due to managing over 3,000 Soldiers and civilians during my tenure as an Instructor, Supervisor, and Department Manager. I am customer oriented and focused on ensuring the mission gets completed in the shortest time possible.
