I've had a successful 24 year career with the United States Army in the Human Resource Management and am now looking to apply my unique leadership and Technical skills and experiencies in the Private Sector. My responsibilities included Customer service, Performance evaluations, employee relations attending weekly meetings, planning and conducting training, data entry, HRIS, and a safe clean work environment; all in a variety of settings and situations. I believe my unique skill sets, combined with my extensive experience in Human Resource Management in high pressure settings, and being able to adapt on the go makes me a great candidate for a role in your HR department.
