I'm looking for a potential career change with a company that values hard work, experience and performance based opportunities. While working at Goldman Sachs, I have been a top performer. I learned early in my career to work hard, lead by example, be willing to listen, and learn from others (at any level). Above all, I learned to respect, help others, and hold myself accountable. By doing so, I gained the respect of my peers and senior managers. Over time, I transitioned from a specialist to a senior associate and then to a Vice President/senior manger.
