My goal is to educate employees and develop solutions that help them understand the real value of their benefits, while keeping in mind the company vision, and objectives. I have successfully helped past employers cut costs, minimized mistakes, and increased productivity by analyzing and developing new initiatives that addressed some of the most significant issues. Here are some of the initiatives that I developed in the last two years. • Integrated a new communication approach to the annual enrollment process that consisted of an education campaign long before enrollment begins and continuing it long after it ends. • Analyzed and redesigned H&W plan communications that addressed and targeted main employees concerns about the Health care reform changes. • Developed a new FMLA/STD/LTD Kronos tracking system, which is currently provided to all local HR units to track absences and managed daily staffing needs. • Created and introduced new process documents for Employee Benefits Orientation.
