I have just received my Master's degree in Business Managnent and Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance. I worked in Human Resources for 2 companies in training and retraining on targeting of goals. Aligning management by always having managers training assistant managers. Changing staff as needed but always with a back up staff ready and in place to start in another store. Creating and developing training plans for management to train employees. Ensure all financial goals were meant by store as well as independently. Teaching how to work as a team by helping one another to produce quality work in an effective time
