Description
My professional goals are to make a major improvement to the total environment for my employer. This would include incentive programs for employees so they are motivated to go above and beyond in their efforts to also contribute for the well being of "their" company. Goals for all employees should include: a true team effort to raise the bar that includes, higher profits that becomes the vehicle for the desired change. Input from all employes can provide a catalyst for not only discovering the opportunities but for implementing them.
