My name is Cesar Diaz; I am an University of Redlands graduate (B.A. Information Technology + MBA), a Veteran of US Army 1963-1966. My professional goal is place my experience and initiative in a team oriented organization that is comfortable using Information Technology to help achieve their business goals. I am an expert project manager and I have a history being accountable for the on schedule, on budget execution of multiple IT projects for manufacturing and distribution industries. I have more than ten years of experience negotiating and building consensus in complex multi-vendor highly complicated environments in all levels of operations. My experience includes but is not limited to gather requirements, develop plans, obtain approvals and communicate project statuses. Because of my sense of direction in business environments, I successfully improved and reorganized IT functions resulting in efficient, productive and organized teams. This effort is translated into lower cost of operations and the lasting effectiveness of the initial investment.
