COVER LETTER: Dear Recruiting Official, I am interested in the position of Corporate Security Investigator because I want to continue helping employers and people and have that rewarding feeling at the end of the day knowing I may have made a difference. If hired, I bring with me many years of investigative skills and techniques that would be beneficial to Saudi Aramco in the many areas of investigations and security. Here is how my experience and skills meet your position requirements: I want to highlight my ability, knowledge and expertise in federal, state, and local laws, rules, and Homeland Security policies pertaining to investigative duties and responsibilities interviewing and interrogation techniques report writing legal research deductive reasoning effective communication operating computer systems, and analysis of information. My fourteen years of experience in various criminal investigations leadership roles while working for Homeland Security provided me with excellent command over my counseling, verbal communication, debates as well as on presentations. Being a graduate of the New Leader Program enabled me with an extended way of judgment, thinking and learning. During my career as a Criminal Investigator, I investigated over 500 cases involving human smuggling, drug smuggling, identity fraud, money laundering, document fraud, and immigration violations. I appeared in court many times and presented evidence regarding investigative findings, observations and other pertinent facts particularly in document fraud investigations. One example that demonstrate my success in document fraud investigations was in 2010, when the U.S. Department of Education presented me with an "Award for Excellence" in recognition of my investigative efforts leading to the prosecution of a multi-national fraud ring members, whose crimes included stealing identity-related documents of children, teachers and administrators from 50 schools in Puerto Rico. I have completed the Basic Police and Criminal Investigator Curriculum at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Thank you for considering my application and reviewing my resume.
