My job responsibilities as a Document Controller included Handling routine clerical job such as Typing, Electronic Preparation of Memos/Letters for Plant Manager/Engineers. Material Data Processing in `Computer. Receiving E-mail/Faxes and distributing the same to the concerned departments. Receiving Project Drawings and maintaining them in stick Files, holder’s etc. My duty involves maintaining outgoing & incoming register, filing according to quality control procedure, Arranging files on an orderly manner for easy trace ability, updating material and shop drawing submittals. Sub-contractors approval requests and handling routine clerical jobs. I am able to provide Administrative support services within the Contractors function on a Major Project.
