In an economically difficult age, it is all the more imperative that companies provide excellent services and exceed expectation in order to not only maintain but expand business. I have spent many years developing and managing others in various parts of business. Effective training has always been a key factor in creating great performance and winning new customers/ clients. Within the restaurant and hospitality industry, I was involved in opening, training, and developing many facilities in order to create the best dining experience possible. Throughout the Midwest, I completed 10 new restaurant openings, each exceeding 1.5 million in annual revenue. while maintaining my residence at an established facility. Effective training, superior customer service, and a stay-the-course consistency provided very successful results as all of these facilities remain today. Within the textile and apparel industry, my role was 100% customer satisfaction oriented with new customer sales in conjunction with training and developing new sales executives in the textiles and apparel process. My main objective was to ensure a seamless transfer of business to our company by handling every detail to the letter. At any given time there could be 50 + accounts in various stages of this process at the same time. I expanded my position further by partnering with the sales team in order to win larger accounts; which was proven to be successful on several occasions. I was ranked 3rd in the company in fiscal quarter 3 in 2011 and top 10 in fiscal quarter 3 2012. I am a results-driven, customer oriented professional that thrives on surpassing expectations. My main goal is to ensure our business continues to achieve that "next level" success through 3 C's: Communication, Collaboration, and Consistency. Having these 3 factors will always win the day.
