I have worked in HR for over 15 years. I am well versed in HRIS matters, FMLA and most recently Compensation. I also have experience in Benefits, Payroll and the reporting/audit side of HR. I find that most HR departments do not utilize software to their advantage. I enjoy bringing that easy reporting/audit part to the HR folks.
