QUALIFICATIONS * 20+ years' experience in managing office employees and office functions. * 20+ years of experience and knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. * 20+ years' experience and knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services to include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. * Monitoring and assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. * Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook). * Experience in communication, training, teamwork and leadership with the United States Navy.
