I have come to believe that experimentation is the best part of the learning process and in our fast paced world, learning never stops! I have enjoyed working in several culinary titles & succeeded in each with pride & dedication, my extensive culinary background helped me, so any challenging environment is desirable where my extensive culinary experience can bring higher benefit to any organization I was part of a Chefs team participated in a Cooking competition by American Culinary Institute & our team placed 4th. I have expert knowledge in menu planning for all occasion, have created well balanced menus on demand, which has earned me 6 Eat Smart Awards from the city of Toronto. I also have produced a CD ROM on Diabetes with sugar free alternates. I am HACCP & WHIMS trained, excellent in theme cuisine, Display cooking, Continental Cuisine, large quantity BBQ’s up to 5000++, set up a food stall in sporting event for 20.000++ in audience, created lots of interactive fun at the residence of 1200+++ students, my employer made a CD ROM " of my work also requested to create a yearly theme cuisine calendar to be sent out to other locations so they can organize their events with my menus &suggestions, my resume has all the necessary ingredients to make me your successful choice.
