Altough I've had extensive experience in senior management an a long role as a senior consultant i would like to be a senior individual contributor in my next position.I enjoy being a team player and working with people and using my extensive experience as a metallurgical/materials engineer to mentor younger employees. In my experience the accomplishments of the team a more efficiently promote results and profits rther than individual "stars".
