Responsible for reporting, bug tracking, customer issues and representing QA in project status meetings. * Experience with setup and teardown of a stage or event involving lighting, sound, video setup and test cable and wireless microphones. * Good communication skills and substantial multi-tasking. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Responsible for building a display walls as large as 144 displays in fast-paced corporate environments. * Experience with a broad range of including cameras, Video Distribution Amplifiers and video signal test generators. Verify network performance is measured in Bandwidth (throughput) and Latency (Delay). * Experience with a broad range of A/V equipment including high-end a/v network receiver, small and large led TV, Smartphones, tablets, PCs, workstations, input capture cards, graphic cards, etc. * Setup and support VTC conferencing sessions, Citrix XenApp access, IE 7 or higher and other browsers. Networks and Swimage Encore as requested. Extensive experience with a broad range of audiovisual equipment. * Set up internet and anti-virus services for multiple computers, intergrade it with high definition (HD) systems. Designed studios with multiple types of equipment for video shooting, familiar with RG6, RGB (HD15), Component, DVI-I & DVI-D and HDMI video outputs.
