Highest Educational qualification : (1) M.A. in English Literature (2) L.L.B. - Bachelor of Law (3) Post Graduate Dip in Hospital Admn /Management. : Knowledge in Accounts: Worked as Accounts & Administration Incharge. Accounts/Bills: * Supervision/Writing of Cash Book and Ledgers. * Preparation of Annual Budget, Monthly Receipts & Payments Statement. * Bank Reconciliation statement. * Maintenance of Recoverable Registers & Consumable - Assets Registers * Calculation of Income Tax and remittances thereon. * Preparation of Salary, TA/LTC, Wages, Medical and other Personal claim Bills. * Any other bills relating to parties, purchases etc. * Purchase of Equipments, stationeries etc., Administration: * Application of Rules and norms and advising the Director. * Letter correspondence with Head Quarters and other offices. * Maintenance of Personal Files of Officers/Staff and Laborers. * Pay fixation and removal of anomaly thereon. * Settlement of Retirement/Resignation - Pensionary Benefits etc., * Matters relating to staff, recruitment, promotion, etc., * Preparation of Agenda items for meetings and minutes thereon. * Attending Meetings and implementation of its decisions. Auditing : * Conducting Internal Audit on the Accounts & Administration of the delegated units all over the country for about 16 years. * Review of Projects, Purchase of Stores etc., * Review of accounts maintenance in the units and rectification thereon. * Review of Internal Audit and A.G. Audit Reports of all the units and submission of suitable replies. * Review of referred files and furnishing opinion with relevant Rules position. * Guiding the units in Accounts and Administration matters.
