Knowledgeable, reliable, leader and decision-maker are just a few words that describe the style of management I demonstrate. Grooming my skills in a small, private company, I have become proficient, out of necessity, in many areas that include but are not limited to management, technology, human resources, recruitment, employee discipline, employee training programs, policy and procedure creation and implementation, budgeting and solution creation. I have had to learn skills on the fly, through experience with other managers and through my education. One of the most valuable experiences working in this “guerrilla warfare” style environment is that I am capable of learning any industry, and any task, incorporating my education and past experiences to make strong decisions which support the organizational goals, as well as my individual goals. I can take difficult scenarios in stride; make confident knowledgeable decisions to resolve the situation. Employees look to confident leaders for guidance in the often unstable environment of the modern workplace and I am pleased to provide such support. I am fortunate enough to have an extensive educational background in business and human capital development which has allowed me to work new concepts into my professional life. As I am completing my advanced degree, I am finding more and more ways of recruiting, hiring, developing and managing to create effective, efficient and most importantly, happy employees.
