My immediate goal is to find my way to a position of responsibility where there is significant opportunity for professional challenge and growth. I see growth as the single most important career goal a person could have, and I believe that there should never be a limit on expansion of individual potential. Real professional growth does not mean job-hopping, but rather development within a company and position parameters. More important, real growth does not happen overnight, and it requires diligence and dedication to make it happen. These are among my greatest assets. I use my time efficiently at work and, I don't count my productivity by the number of hours I work. It's more important for me to feel confident in the quality of my work, and to know I was effective in the use of my time and skills. Any one of my references will tell you I am more than willing to put in the time required to be sure the work is completed as efficiently and as professionally as possible. I measure my own professional success against the standards of the company for which I work, and against the feedback I receive from my peers, supervisors and subordinates. Personally, it is important to me to know that I'm regarded as a good worker, wife, mother, and a highly productive member of society. I've been all of that, I believe, and with my seasoned outlook, and skills in marketing and administration, I am primed to make significant contributions in a corporate environment.
