As a PMI certified Project Manager and PMO Director, I am seeking a position to work with your Project Managers by advising, mentoring, and auditing their performance to insure their projects are delivered on budget and on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Having provided full project and program support, from sales lead to client transition, I am prepared to provide sales and portfolio management to insure your company engages with achievable Statements of Work while maintaining a balance between profitability and successful staffing. I have realized the success and the pitfalls of project management as a first line project manager, as a seller of project management services, as an Engagement Manager, and as an Executive Director. It is these successes and pitfalls that I now draw on to achieve excellence in both personal and professional performance.
